Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up with just an email and password. No credit card, no billing info. The free tier is free permanently, not a trial.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account's Plans & Billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move back to the free tier automatically.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. If you're over the free tier limits when you downgrade, you won't be able to add new items until you're back within the limits — but nothing is deleted.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I switch between Premium and Max?
Yes. Go to Plans & Billing in your account settings and use the subscription portal. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes. For teams of 2 or more we offer Enterprise — a shared workspace with custom roles, team messaging, a shared mailbox, analytics and more. Every seat gets unlimited cases, files and contacts, and your team shares 5 TB of storage (need more? just ask).
