Pricing questions
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Sign up with just an email and password. No credit card, no billing info. Every new account starts with 7 days of Max; when they end you move to the Free tier, which is free permanently, and everything you made stays.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account's Plans & Billing page. You keep access until the end of your billing period, then move back to the free tier automatically.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays intact. If you're over the free tier limits when you downgrade, you won't be able to add new items until you're back within the limits — but nothing is deleted.
Does Herarx work with QuickBooks Online, Xero or NetSuite?
Yes, on Max and Enterprise. Connect your accounting software in Settings → Integrations, and invoices, bills and payments post to it straight from your case tables. When an invoice is paid, the case shows it. How it works
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I switch between Premium and Max?
Yes. Go to Plans & Billing in your account settings and use the subscription portal. Stripe handles the proration automatically.
Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
Yes. For teams of 2 or more we offer Enterprise — a shared workspace with custom roles, team messaging, a shared mailbox, analytics and more. Every seat gets unlimited cases, files and contacts, and your team shares 5 TB of storage (need more? just ask).
