Warnings on the skip

On the public road, the permit reference becomes required. Hazardous waste raises the importance and reminds you about a licensed carrier and the consignment paperwork.

Dates that warn you

Delivery and collection dates warn you a day ahead and add a task. The permit expiry warns you three days out. A missed collection is flagged.

Disposal and margin

Transfer station, weighbridge ticket, weight, waste transfer note and disposal cost on each skip, and your margin after disposal.

Documents from the order

A quotation, an invoice, a payment receipt and a delivery and collection note, filled in from the skip’s charges.

From order to collection

Every skip moves through the same stages, and the case keeps up with you: dates warn you, and the status changes when the work is done.

  1. Order taken

    Size, waste type and placement. Open the skip under the customer’s site account and the site details fill in.

  2. Delivered

    Record the delivery and add photos from the driver’s phone. Days on site are worked out from the dates.

  3. On site

    The collection date and the permit expiry are watched. Tick exchange to drop a fresh skip on collection.

  4. Collected

    Enter the collection date and the skip is marked complete. If the due date passes first, the skip is flagged.

  5. Tipped and paid

    Weighbridge ticket, weight and transfer note on file. Charges, payments and the balance on the same record.

Who booked it, who moved it, on the record

When a customer queries a charge or a date, the answer is on the skip. Herarx records every booking, edit, photo, payment and change of access, with the person and the time.

E-signature

Send a quotation for signature. The customer confirms a code sent to their email and signs from their phone. The signed copy comes back to the skip.

Anyone can check a signed document

Upload the PDF, or type the code printed next to its QR code, to see that the signature is intact and the file unchanged. No account needed, and the file isn't kept.

Does it keep track of road permits?

Yes. Set the placement to the public road and the skip asks for a permit reference, the permit’s expiry date and whether lights and cones were supplied. The expiry date warns you three days ahead.

Can one customer have several sites?

Yes. Open a site account for each site. It passes the customer, address, site contact and access notes down to every skip delivered there, and adds up the total and the balance of each one.

How do you handle hazardous waste?

Tick “Contains hazardous waste” and the skip is marked high importance, with a reminder that a licensed carrier and separate consignment paperwork are required.

Can drivers use it on a phone?

Yes. There is an iPhone app, and every feature works in a phone browser. Drivers see the skips they are added to and can add photos on the spot.

What does it cost?

The Free plan covers 5 cases, and each skip and each site account is a case. Premium covers up to 100 cases and adds the location map; Max has no case limit and adds e-signature. The pricing page has the current prices.
