Herarx, one click from your taskbar.
The Windows app keeps your workspace a keypress away: sign back in with a PIN, get case alerts as Windows notifications, and let updates install themselves.

Included with every plan
The Windows app is free on the free tier too. It's the same workspace as the website; install it and your account works in both at the same time.
Installed in about a minute.
No admin rights needed; the app installs for your Windows user only. Uninstall any time from Windows Settings, Apps.
Click Download for Windows above. The setup file lands in your Downloads folder.
Open the file from your Downloads folder. Setup finishes on its own and opens Herarx when done.
Same email, password, and two-factor code as the website. Nothing new to set up.
Sign back in with a 4 to 6 digit PIN next time. Tune everything in Desktop settings (Ctrl + ,).
Windows protected your PC
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognised app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.
More infoIf you see this screen, don't be alarmed.
Windows sometimes shows it for newer publishers it hasn't seen at scale yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.
The installer comes only from herarx.com over an encrypted connection, and every update is integrity-checked before it runs.
What the app adds
PIN sign-in
Your session key is encrypted with your PIN and Windows device protection; it never exists in plain text. Three wrong tries and it wipes itself. Password and 2FA stay as strict as on the web.
Lives in your system tray
Case alerts arrive as Windows toasts even while the window is closed. One click opens the exact page; start-with-Windows is optional.
Updates itself
The app checks on launch and every few hours, downloads in the background, and installs on restart. You never download an installer twice.
Common questions
What does it need to run?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. No admin account, no extra runtimes. Mac support isn't available yet.
Is my password stored on the computer?
No. Only a session key, encrypted with your PIN plus Windows device protection. Three wrong PIN attempts destroy it, and a password sign-in is always available.
How do updates work?
The app checks on launch and every few hours, downloads in the background, and installs on restart. There's nothing to click and no version to track.
Does it change anything on the web?
Nothing. It's the same workspace with a desktop shell around it; your account works in both at the same time.
How do I uninstall it?
Open Windows Settings, go to Apps, find Herarx and choose Uninstall. Your data stays in your account; nothing lives only on the computer.
