Herarx works with NetSuite.
The people running the work post invoices, bills, journals and payments to NetSuite from their cases, each on the right subsidiary, department, class and location. When an invoice is paid in NetSuite, the case shows it.
Built for an ERP
Your NetSuite structure, right inside the case.
Tools that only know “customer” and “amount” leave finance to recode every line. Herarx reads your NetSuite setup and lets each row carry it.
Subsidiaries, departments, classes, locations
A template column can be a live NetSuite list: subsidiary, department, class, location, payment terms, tax item or item. The options load from your account, so a group with several companies posts each line to the right one.
Your account’s own lists
Custom lists behind your invoice and customer fields can be columns too, so cost centres or regions you’ve added in NetSuite don’t get flattened away.
The PDF number is the NetSuite number
A row posts before its invoice document is made, so the number the client sees is the one in the books. Edit a posted row and the same NetSuite record updates. No duplicates.
Payments settle the invoices you tick
A payment row lists the customer’s open invoices on that subsidiary, capped at the money received. Anything left over stays as unapplied credit.
What syncs
A row in your case becomes a NetSuite record.

Setup
One admin connects once. Nobody else needs a NetSuite login.
Herarx uses NetSuite’s machine-to-machine sign-in. Your team works in cases, and Herarx posts as the NetSuite user and role you choose.
Get a certificate from Herarx
One click creates the key pair. You download the certificate, and the private key stays encrypted inside Herarx, never shown again. Herarx warns you before it expires.
Add Herarx in NetSuite
Turn on REST Web Services and OAuth 2.0, create an integration record named Herarx, and upload the certificate against the user and role it posts as.
Paste three IDs and test
Account ID, client ID and certificate ID. Test the connection, link your customers and items, and map a template. The in-app guide walks through every screen.
Back in the case
The people running the case see what finance sees.
When an invoice Herarx posted is paid, part-paid or refunded in NetSuite, the case shows it. Each customer gets a statement with balance brought forward, 30/60/90-day ageing and the balance per the books, ready to export as a PDF.
Invoices that were already in NetSuite before Herarx can be brought forward into the case, so it starts from the right balance.
FAQ
Questions finance teams ask
Does everyone on the team need a NetSuite login?
No. One admin connects once, and Herarx posts as the NetSuite user and role chosen during setup. Colleagues only work in Herarx.
We run several subsidiaries. Can one workspace post to all of them?
Yes. Make subsidiary a column on the template, and each row picks its own from the live list in your account. When a payment is recorded, only that subsidiary’s open invoices are offered.
Can we try it on a sandbox first?
Yes. Connect with your sandbox account ID, then connect production when you’re happy.
Will the invoice number on the PDF match NetSuite?
Yes. The row posts first, then the document is made with the number from the books.
What can’t it post to NetSuite?
Cash sales, credit memos, expense reports and bill payments. QuickBooks Online and Xero connections can post all four.
What if we disconnect?
Nothing already posted is removed from NetSuite, and posting stops. Your links and mappings are kept, and they come back when you reconnect the same account.
Which plans include it?
Max for individuals, and Enterprise for teams, where one connection serves every member. New accounts get 7 days of Max free, with no card needed.
See it on your own NetSuite sandbox.
We’ll walk your finance and operations leads through setup. For teams, Enterprise shares one connection across every member.
